Line-level control
Per-item discounts in percent or rupees, an extra bill-level discount, round-off, and tax-inclusive or exclusive pricing. The running total shows taxable value and GST separately as you go.
Purchase bills that restock you
Enter a vendor bill with their bill number and your shelves go up, your payable goes up, and the item cost updates — so margin on the next sale is calculated from what you actually paid.
Stock guardrails
Ask for more units than the warehouse holds and Vinimay says so before the bill is saved, with the available quantity on screen. Nothing silently goes negative.
