Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away and the days left on your current plan are carried across at their value, so nothing you have paid for is lost. Moving down takes effect once the plan you have paid for runs out.
It stays exactly where it is. You drop back to the free plan, keep everything you have entered, and can still export party ledgers, invoices and reports as PDF or CSV. Your records are yours.
